Refund Policy

The short version: you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying. Just email us. Your consumer rights apply on top of this.

1. Who we are

Invoice Maker is run by MaxPower Studio (ABN 31 362 180 362), based in Australia. Invoice Maker Pro is a one-time licence for extra features in the tool, described in the Terms of Use.

2. How you pay

Pro is paid through Stripe. Stripe's Managed Payments service (shown to you as Link) takes the payment, adds any sales tax, GST or VAT that applies, and sends your receipt. Your receipt may say "Sold through Link".

3. 14-day refund

You can get a full refund within 14 days of buying.

To ask, email [email protected] or reply to the email with your licence code. Include your receipt number or the email address you paid with, so we can find the payment.
You don't need to give a reason.
We refund the full amount you paid, including tax, to the payment method you used. Banks usually take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
You can also ask Link support for a refund through the link in your receipt.

4. After a refund

A refunded licence code stops turning on Pro after our next update. Your documents and any saved lists stay in your browser, and every free feature keeps working. While we sell Pro, we keep the Pro features described in the Terms, and we give at least 60 days' notice on the site before we change or remove one (see the Terms). Use Export backup if you want a copy.

5. If Pro doesn't work as described

Under the Australian Consumer Law, services come with guarantees that can't be excluded. If Pro has a major failure, you're entitled to a refund, even after 14 days. For a smaller problem, we'll fix it within a reasonable time, and if we can't, you can ask for a refund. Email us and describe what went wrong.

6. EU and UK customers

If you live in the EU or the UK, your local law gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. Pro is delivered straight away, but our 14-day refund in section 3 still applies, so you keep the same 14 days. Any other mandatory rights you have under your local law also apply.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the version and date at the top. The policy that applied when you bought Pro covers your purchase.
