Email apps block uploaded images in signatures, so use a link to an image that's already online (for example the logo on your website). We never fetch or store it.

Add it to Gmail
  1. Click Copy signature.
  2. In Gmail on a computer, open Settings (gear) → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new.
  3. Paste into the box, then click Save changes at the bottom.
Add it to Outlook
  1. Click Copy signature.
  2. In Outlook on the web or the new Outlook: Settings → Account → Signatures → New signature.
  3. Paste, give it a name and save. In classic Outlook for Windows: File → Options → Mail → Signatures.
Add it to Apple Mail
  1. Click Copy signature.
  2. In Mail on a Mac: Settings → Signatures → choose the account → +.
  3. Untick "Always match my default message font", then paste. On iPhone: Settings → Apps → Mail → Signature (paste works best with the simple layout).

Your details are saved only in this browser so you can come back and edit them. Use to remove them.

This deletes every invoice, draft, logo and email signature saved by this site in this browser. It can't be undone. Download a backup first if you want to keep anything.
