Is this invoice generator really free?
Yes. Make and download as many invoices as you like. There's no sign-up, no watermark and no trial that turns into a subscription.
Where are my invoices stored?
Only in your browser on this device (local storage). We don't receive or store your invoices, client details or logo. Use Export backup to keep a copy, and Clear my data to delete everything. Clearing your browser data also deletes them.
Can I add GST, VAT or sales tax?
Yes. Type the tax name and the rate that applies to you. The tool only does the arithmetic. It doesn't know your local tax rules, so check what your invoice needs (for example, a "tax invoice" with your business number) with your accountant or tax authority.
What is the pay-me QR code?
If you have a payment link (for example from your payment provider), paste it in and tick Show a "Scan to pay" QR code. The QR code is drawn in your browser and the link is clickable in the PDF. Only use links you trust.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. It's built for phones first and works in any modern browser.
